Returns & Exchanges

We don't offer refunds at this time, but we're happy to exchange your piece or provide store credit within 14 days of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@vancebikinis.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your package. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back without an approved return request won't be accepted.

If more than 14 days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us directly so we can figure out the best next step.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@vancebikinis.com so we can make it right.
