Shipping

Please double-check your address before completing your order! We cannot be responsible for issues caused by incorrect information. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs. Simply place a new order with the correct details, and you'll be all set!


Order Recievement

We receive orders within 24 hours and are processed and packaged within 48 hours.


You’ll receive another notification through Shopify  when your order has shipped. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)


International orders

As we are still small and learning the ropes of Vance Bikinis, all orders are US based for now.


Track Shipment

Once your order leaves our hands, you'll get an email from Shopify with a tracking number to keep tabs on your package. It might take about 48 hours for the tracking details to kick in. If you don't see your order within 7 days of getting that shipping confirmation, feel free to email us at ella@vancebikinis.com with your name and order number.


Delivery

  • Damaged, Defective, Wrong, or Missing Items: Report within 7 days of delivery

  • Quality Concerns: Reach out within 90 days of delivery.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
